Office team brings West Valley expertise to Colliers in Phoenix

PHOENIX, Ariz. – Two commercial real estate brokers active in the West Valley have joined Colliers International’s Phoenix office.

Tyler Smith, vice president, and Drew Price, senior associate, moved to Colliers from Logan Commercial Advisors in Scottsdale. Before joining Logan Commercial in 2004, Smith was with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial in Phoenix for eight years. Price was with ESCEE Commercial Properties in Scottsdale before joining Smith at Logan Commercial in 2007.

At Colliers, Smith and Price and their team will offer sales and leasing of office condominiums, landlord and tenant representation, and commecial land sales.

“Their in-depth expertise in the West Valley complements our existing office teams and enhances Colliers’ coverage throughout metro Phoenix,” said Bob Mulhern, managing director of Colliers.

Smith has a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Arizona in Tucson. Price received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University in Tempe, and a master’s in business administration from the Eller College of Business at the University of Arizona.
