His immediate duties will focus on the company’s six new projects in Arizona. They are:

  • Chandler Corporate Center, a two-story, 70,000-square-foot speculative office building under construction on McClintock Drive north of Chandler Boulevard. Completion is set for early 2009. The project includes 16 acres for additional build-to-suit or speculative buildings.
  • Chandler 101, a proposed development that could include a hotel on 22 acres at the southeast corner of Chandler Boulevard.
  • Chandler Crossroads, a proposal for retail, light industrial and warehouse distribution space on 80 acres at the northwest corner of Gilbert and Queen Creek roads. The plan includes 19 single-story concrete buildings with 866,000 square feet for office, commercial and light industrial use.
  • A 44-acre project near Germann and Mustang roads with plans for two- and three-story office and one- and two-story flexible use buildings. The company’s paper work is winding its way through Gilbert’s approval process.
  • A 150-acre proposal at Warner and Recker roads, where the company plans to offer buildings for retail and business park space, as well as a residential component.
  • A 22-acre site in the Tucson Airport Commerce Center with three warehouse distribution buildings under design. Construction is expected to start this year on the first phase, which is a building with 113,000 square feet.
